Last night I dreamed
God placed his fingers on my chin
Today I'm wondering
Was it a dream or was it real?



The aches in my heart
Living without you are gone
Could it be God took my pain away
And made my heart whole again
Tonight I'll ask Him when I pray.



I know I must continue on
As long as God allows me to
I believe with all my heart when I die
You're be waiting for me
When I walk through the Pearly Gate.



Tomorrow the sun will rise again
And I'll begin a new chapter in my life
The narrow road I've traveled since you left
I can see widening up ahead
My disparity is being replaced by hope.
