One time a long time ago
I had a dream that came true
It was about the day I met you



Other times my dreams are silly
The kind that makes no sense
Causing me to awaken quite tense.



Maybe there's a Dream God
Controlling the things I dream
Those making me smile or scream?



Those times I'm lonely or blue
Happy dreams I need that night
They help me awaken feeling alright!



The best dream I've ever had

It's the best dreams can bestow.
